Hotkeys that can be used at any time.

Shift+Ctrl+Alt+X	Exit the game in a timely manner.
Shift+Alt+C	Edit Active Sim in CAS.

Animation Control:

Hotkeys mainly used to manipulate Sims playing animations.

Shortcut	Effect	Notes
Shift+N	Progress to next animation for active Sim if available or another random animation.	Usable only when a Sim is playing an animation, such as during sex.
Shift+O	Active Sim gets an orgasm.	Usable only when Sims can have an orgasm, such as during sex.
Ctrl+O	Trigger orgasm in all other Sims except the Active Sim.	Usable only when Sims can have an orgasm, such as during sex.
Shift+Ctrl+O	Make all Sims in animation have an orgasm.	Usable only when Sims can have an orgasm, such as during sex.

Outfits:

Hotkeys mainly used to manipulate the outfit of Sims.

Shortcut	Effect	Notes
Shift+Q	Undress active Sim.
Alt+Q	Dress the active Sim.
Ctrl+Q	Undress all other Sims in the social group.	Only usable on a Sim with a social group.
Shift+Ctrl+Q	Undress all Sims in the social group, including the active Sim.	Only usable on a Sim with a social group.
Shift+U	Undress all members during club gathering.	Only usable on a Sim that is part of an actively running Club Gathering.
H	Toggle heels / shoes	Only usable if a Sim is wearing heels or shoes.

Animation Movement/Rotation:

Hotkeys mainly used to move Sims around in animations, useful if they are misaligned.

Rotation supported around the vertical axis.

Shortcut	Effect	Notes
Shift+B	Toggle controls between Move and Rotate.	A notification will appear when this hotkey is triggered.
Shift+M	Toggle movement between Absolute Mode and Camera Mode. Absolute Mode - Sims move based on world position Camera Mode - Sims move based on the way the Camera is facing	A notification will appear when this hotkey is triggered.
Shift+I	Move Sim Forward	Only usable on a Sim playing an animation.
Shift+K	Move Sim Backward	Only usable on a Sim playing an animation.
Shift+J	Move/Rotate Left	Only usable on a Sim playing an animation.
Shift+L	Move/Rotate Right	Only usable on a Sim playing an animation.
Shift+T	Move Up	Only usable on a Sim playing an animation.
Shift+G	Move Down	Only usable on a Sim playing an animation.
